Don’t Let the Size Fool You

50W Couplers in a 0.125 x 0.2” Footprint

Mini-Circuits’ µCeramIQ® high-power coupler series delivers an uncommon combination of 50W power handling and a tiny, surface-mountable LTCC monolith. Designed for systems where SWAP requirements are critical, these couplers provide stable, repeatable performance while supporting modern, high-volume assembly processes. Currently available from stock with coupling values from 20 to 30 dB, the µCeramIQ platform enables customization across coupling, frequency, and other performance targets, making it easy to scale designs without the size, cost, or integration tradeoffs traditionally associated with high-power RF solutions.
