With the holiday season approaching, we at Mini-Circuits would like to thank you for your continued business and partnership over the years. This year has certainly presented us all with a challenging environment from COVID to disrupted supply chains in conjunction with a very strong market demand. In recognition of everyone’s tireless efforts to make 2021 a successful year, we will be closing a significant portion of our U.S. operations from December 24 to January 3 to give our team time with their families for the holidays and to revitalize for a great year ahead.
We will maintain reduced team in our inside sales and shipping departments during that period to support customer communications and unforeseen critical shipment needs. To be proactive and to ensure a smooth continuity of deliveries, we are planning to pull in any shipments currently scheduled to ship during that week to ship before December 24.
Our account managers are here to help and work with you to schedule any new orders or requirements outside of that week. If we receive an order after the 24th of December requesting shipment before January 2, we will schedule it for shipment on January 3 or later, contingent on availability of stock and lead time.
